20 Speed Skaters
Stretch
15 Shoulder Dislocates
20 Overhead Squats
30 Crunches
15 Pull-Ups
10 Knees 2 Elbows

WOD: 4 Rounds - 5 Min work w/ 1 min rest

1 min each:
Jumping Pull-Up
Jump over stick
Wall Ball
Push Press
Bosa Push-Ups

Cool-Down:
20 G/H Sit-Ups
10 G/H Sit-Ups w/ Touch
10 Back Extensions
20 G/H Back Extensions
