Stick work

- 10 Pull-Ups Burpees
- 15 Regular
DB Squat Press

WOD: 21-15-9 for time
Wall Ball
Pull-Ups
DB Deadlift

Cool-Down:
25 G/H Sit-Ups w/ touch
