Worked out with the boys at CrossFit Boston again.

WOD: (As many rounds in 20 minutes)
5 Snatch Grip Deadlift
5 Snatch Grip High Pull
5 Snatch

Good stuff. The guys there were great. I look forward to going back in Jan/Feb timeframe.
